Portland Oregon seemed the most unique when compared to the rest of these stories.
I can't fully place the feeling this bit made me feel but it was stressful, like some kinda repetitive scratching. It felt cyclical and bleak. It ended on a kind of upturn, but I wouldn't call it a happy ending or anything

Gosh, does the punctuation throughout bother me. This story is the first one with quotation marks, and even then they were seldom used.
The story itself was strong. I get this one completely. The narrator here is very me-coded, in the sense that she's a scared desperate pushover

3rd story: Waow. (But also there's quite a bit to chew on here, especially in the first half. The sex bit was killer tho)

2nd story was funny really. I don't have much commentary on it, I just thought it was pretty funny, poked at a lot of early anxieties and shit.

Cool 1st story about Sophie's relationship with her past, esp her mom and Megan.
The strained relationship between her, her mom and especially the rest of her family is well executed in its non-hostility, it's passivity—far more common than rabid attacks.
The Megan sex scene showed Megan's cis-normative approach to sex, making Megan feel like she's not good enough, and Sophie incredibly dysphoric. It's saddening
