It's cute how nearly every disease they've talked about disappearing/reducing without vaccines has been a bacterial waterborne condition

The diseases they just cited as having reduced mortality without vaccines are all bacterial illnesses only one of which we have a vaccine for.

Also flu is an illness but diarrhoea is a symptom. And in fact can be a symptom of flu so comparing a child with flu and diarrhea to a child with flu but without diarrhea is nonsensical
