The amount of trauma in this book is almost suffocating, but in a way that only a woman with experience and attitude that resembled something other than “meek” would understand. I don’t know my true feelings on it right now. I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone, but it’s definitely fantastic. Wish it was mine for I wanted to highlight and underline so many lines.
