I think I gave it a fair chance, I just dread picking it up and it’s putting me in a reading slump bro. So many unnecessary plot lines that aren’t pushing the story forward at all and really dislike the writing style. Not for me- DNF.

Idk but it feels like there’s better ways to make clear “I was poor but now I’m rich lol” than explaining in great detail every single aspect of every single room in your wealthy boyfriend’s house. The term “plantation shutters” made that quite clear.
