Notes:
(1) This is an ugly and cynical book. It starts fine but the further in the steeper the decline.
- It might be okay if it was one psychopath going on a murder spree, like "Nemesis," but it assumes the worst in everyone. Not just those in power, ordinary people are monsters too!
(2) I rate it as high as I do because of the art. Otherwise it's low-effort snuff fiction.

(1) This is a decent twist on the Millar trope of "What would people do it there were no consequences?"
- The answer here is to go full vigilante.
(2) I like Matteo Scalera, but his art here is so sketchy that it's super-confusing to follow.
(3) Millar hints at many historical figures, but except for the late Queen, they aren't named and bear no physical resemblance.

(1) I'm juggling a few things right now. I've got two buddy-reads ongoing, but I can't forget my years-long quest to read every Millarworld book.
- I like Matteo Scalera's art, and only being four issues was the deciding factor.
(2) The last Millar book I read was MPH, which dealt with 20-somethings. This one's about an old-timer, so it'll be an interesting contrast.
