Status Updates From El Rey de Amarillo

I’ve finished the first story, “The Repairer of Reputations.” It took me a second to parse together what was happening but I found it interesting and love the unreliable narrator. Can definitely tell this is an older book though.

Holy shit. An absolute mind fuck in 39 pages - 39 pages being the first short story of the book. I went from thinking that this is a normal and boring story until I was hit with the whiplash of the century. Incredible
