Sleep drastically affects focus, long term memory. sleep routine very important for children/adults
Shoot for 10pm bedtime for me
brains clean toxins when we are asleep. used to use physical light to tell us when to wake & sleep. Now we have too much artificial.
When light dims we get boost of energy so need to dim early.
No artificial light no screens two hrs before bed
