okay, I have theory and I feel pretty confident that I’m right 😌 maybe it’s a bit obvious or I’m just smart OR maybe the author did a BRILLIANT job of misleading the reader 😂

I’m unable to put this book down

I’m invested and I like it so far!!, but why have I been reading for 1 hour and still only read 30 pages??🙃

It’s hunger games meets divergent meets Harry Potter. Apparently the main character is a squib (iykyk), so she has to basically become a soldier in order for her to not get exiled… Even though she’s the heir apparent. She constantly whines about how her loser boyfriend won’t propose when she’s openly attracted to her sworn guard. Major “pick me” vibes. 2/10.
