Status Updates From The Italian Job

DNF at 40%. I AM SO SORRY but I have never read a book with writing this bad and characters that have absolutely zero chemistry. It was marketed as “enemies to lovers”, but Jake was just really mean and off putting, and Anna was really whiny. The characters so clearly have nothing in common, and I’m almost certain that in every Jake pov he talks about her ass, tits or curves in some uncomfortable way.

This is so painful and I want to DNF so bad. Every chapter has been them arguing, Jake talking about Anna’s ass and curves, and Anna being insanely whiny
