I can't decide if I'm still reading this because I'm bored, have a masochistic streak or what, but Rachel is seriously pissing me off. She's too damn judgmental, parking apps are not the wave of the future (not everyone has a smart phone and Rachel's already experienced town internet so how does she think that's going to work?), and how is it that everything that's happened, she's somehow also managed to blame Kell?

If anything, this is both their faults: Kell for not saying something sooner and Rachel for being a judgmental pain in the a**.

Honestly, more blame falls on Rachel though: if she'd just done what Kell told her to do instead of going into a whole "you can't tell me what to do" spiel, this wouldn't have been as big of an issue

On the one hand, good on Rachel for calling Kell out. On the other, they're both acting like toddlers and someone needs to smack their heads together.

And the fact that she's blaming him for doing his job as the reason her presentation "failed" is childish of the highest order. Honestly, I'd actually say that him doing his job is the reason she got a maybe instead of a firm no so...

Yeah, except the small town family that loses controlling interest in their company that will eventually be rebranded to the giant chain. But it's clearly no one important losing so it's no big deal.

Seriously, how is Rachel able to be so naïve and such a dumba** at the same time?

Even in LA, Rachel has to have had exposure to squirrels.

You'd think Rachel would know how to sense the "Danger!" signals because that's how you lose sales when you just bulldoze over people's complaints

Rachel's a judgmental pain in the a**. And I'm about 99% sure that whatever animosity is between she and Kell could be resolved if she'd stop judging everything under the sun so the two of them could have an adult conversation.
