I think this book should be shorter. We are not getting much in terms of the world, it's just the main characters, so why is it so long?

About the world, Faerie is divided in four parts (each for one season) and they have the queen and king (Hawthorn's parents). So Ladrien is king of what? Farie feels so empty, imprecise...
