still fun but i'm a bit depressed and also i really hope this story doesn't start sucking bc bastian is now the main guy or whatever (and that his arc of becoming a mary sue doesn't last that long bc that shit's kinda boring). [the extremely formulaic storytelling was fine with ateryu but with bastian it just sorta feels like nothing is happening in the last chapter or so save for "he was fat and lazy once and isn't"
