Status Updates From Aria

I wish I could be Fereshteh. Her suffering is immense but I yearn to be able to just do charity work all day.

I started this book earlier in June FYI — and it’s a certified banger. Learning a lot about the Iranian revolution. It’s got a bunch of POVs but they are clear and not confusing so I love it.

Also tid bit is that I bought this book in Seattle because I want to name my future daughter Aria and it seems topical to learn abt Iran rn

چقد مشخصه که نویسنده سالهاست ایران نرفته و فقط از ایران یک چیزهایی شنیدههه. یک سری چیزهای کوچیکی مثل اینکه مردم پایین شهر توی دهه ی ۳۰ هجری شمسی پای میز غذا میخورن به چشمم میان. یا مثلا اینکه مرده زیرپوش نپوشیده بود زیر لباس فرمش :))
