Barely read this. I learned Psycho-Man wanted the Uni Power. That's why he wanted Spidey and trapped other aliens too.
The other aliens are who help Peter get back home. After Psycho-Man was bathed in shrink rays of course.
Second story
On a girls day out, May helps Punisher deal with some terrorists.
Didn’t read 3rd or 4th stories.

Flint gives some good advice to housemate Carlos and decides to follow it himself.
He confronts Wizard and Trapster and pretty easily beats them.
Too bad, Carlos followed Flint’s advice too late…

To call this a team-up is an exaggeration.
By happenstance Peter inhales some of Ant-Man’s shrinking fumes.
Then when some thieving goons are dealt with, the enlarging fumes do not work.
I didn’t read the second story.

Firstly, there were parts of the art I liked. But a lot of the time, the heads were drawn strangely.
Something strange is happening with the drugs coming into the US.
Luckily, Spidey is on the case!
Not so lucky for crooks, Punisher is also investigating.
2 jokes I liked; Peter had an anti-bat tank top and SM thinks Punisher has stock in ammunition with the way he goes through it!

Shaw blackmails Dr Lubisch and the opposite effect of what he wanted happens...
The transfer is complete and we learn Spidey's new powers are from Captain Universe!!
Though, Shaw's plan kinda works because after SM zaps the Tri-Sentinel with the Enigma Force, the cosmic energies leave him.
I didn't know about Cap Universe, so that was interesting.
Graviton was randomly included.

Peter is feeling sorry for himself and wants to give up being a hero (again).
Wizard sics Dragon Man on Spidey. But the fight - plus the fact there was a grateful crowd - makes Peter feel better about his role and his powers.
Funny how Wizard freaked out when he realised his plan had the opposite effect of what he wanted and thought about what the other villains would do to him.

Dr Doom dredges T.E.S.S. out of the sea to ‘seal his destiny’.
After Spidey stops some crooks, he’s got an angry crowd that ushers him away. After all that progress in ASM!
Unfortunately for MJ, Peter takes his frustration out on her.
T.E.S.S. attacks so SM is able to really take out his frustrations.
Tho, that means Doom gained a portion of Spideys new energy!

Hulk isn’t shy about that when he crashes down in New York. Then SM questions if a bounty’s been put on his head!

The suped up Spidey punches Hulk into orbit! Which makes SM save the grey giant and stops his attack.
Now, Shaw’s determined to make SMs new powers disappear!

The crime lord does not believe it.
An experiment goes wrong and Peter is zapped…
His spider-senses go wild!
With new powers (that scare him), SM easily beats Trapster.
