i feel like i can see where this book is going. alice is integrating herself into the family while tanya feels important and needed in hollywood while feeling invisible at home. alice is important and needed at home. i see a replacement coming.

I like the fact that Danielle makes Hollywood seem like such a magical far away land. She does a really good job of throwing in words and phrases that separate Hollywood in your brain and make it seem like this far away magical land. I hope this doesn’t turn out to be some weird love triangle where she cheats on Peter with Douglas. But we’ll see.
