This chapter was a little stupid and the little political ornamentations sprinkled in here are a mark against this book, but the reading is still fun these quibbles notwithstanding.

Good chapter (although the previous was better). Makes me think about my relationship with iNaturalist. Some more humor. Some potshots at list-making of lichens, which is ironic because I do just that.

Picked this book on a whim at the library today and so far I am very impressed with the writing (and humor).
