Status Updates From Talking about BPD

This is the most compassionate literature i've ever read on bpd and it STILL says "don't believe the stereotypes you're not an attention seeker". I understand the intention but the reassurance ought to be: it's okay to need attention.
I have never met anyone who doesn't take part in attention seeking behaviour. Because it is a natural part of the human experience. "You're not making up pain for attention"... better

I think this will prob take me a long time to read cause it's making me pure emotional
