Reading one chapter of this each night has become some sort of religion. I wonder if it’ll affect my dreams, they tend to get affected by the last things I consume in my day. Gotta be careful with that, also exploit it.

I believe exploring the ideas that Nick Cave touches on in this book are important and, mostly, very touching as an artist. It’s interesting, I feel very connected and seen and relate to this experiences, intuition and complexity behind the work and making -artistic ether even-, yet even if I know it to such a depth, art, I don’t think I have yet come to experience it in my work. I think it’s about allowing.
