Take short vacations. Pursue realistic goals

Identify your Batteries (things, colleagues, music, mantras) that charge you and Vampires(Bad colleagues, dramas, bad projects) that suck energy and try to avoid the vampires(Simplistic solution!!). Make battery more than vampires. Morning person and exercise spend time with family.

From not being stable it's not ok to suddenly accelerate one day, develop a rhythm that lasts. Use new information to develop sharper skills.

A short refresher course is not sufficient, learn horizontal skills. In block chain monetary and fiscal management will also be useful, also learn P2P lending and borrowing mechanism.
