Status Updates From From the Rooftops

A few weeks past, Blake bumps into Max and he asks him out on a date and Max finally feels the worth he’s been waiting for he didn’t get with Tyler.
“I deserve-to love someone who loves me back so unequivocally that he isn’t afraid to scream it from the rooftops.”

Max goes to Optio and sees his 3 possible futures. One is him and Tyler together, but still secretive. Another is him and Blake together, open, loving, and with a kid. The last one is him and Tyler together with two kids.

Max and Tyler brake up when they talk about it.

Max caught Tyler making out with Charlotte in his room. He takes Tyler’s keys and drives away

Blake went to support Max’s painting while Tyler couldn’t make it because of a lacrosse game. Max is comparing Blake’s efforts to Tyler’s indifference.

Max is studying with a first openly gay character, Blake, from his class. His friend Zoey thinks he’s hot. I lowkey ship them so I wonder which direction this can/will go.

They are at a Barn party and Max found Tyler partnered and dancing with his ex girl fling Charlotte.

Sloane and Zoey figure out Max and Tyler’s secret. They support Max but warn him that he doesn’t deserve to be a secret. They promise not to tell anyone and keep it in the friend group.

Tyler cooks chicken parm for Max and they plan another cate to craft a paining.

Max talks with Tyler at his house and they talk about what happened at the frat. Tyler decides he wants Max but still wants it kept a secret.

Tyler is confused with his feelings for Max and has gone distant. Max tries to reassure him and doesnt want to lose his best friend.

“How you can love someone and convince yourself that it’s the most perfect thing, and then you meet the next person and realize what you had before wasn’t even close to love”-Tyler.

And then Tyler and Max finally hook up.
