What appears to be the final bits of the Treatise, become increasingly unconvincing. Perhaps as usual; perhaps as inexorable. But Zizek's post-LTN propaganda is extremely light here compared to later books (i.e. Surplus-enjoyment).

If nothing else, this gets five stars for the "Bulgari eloquentia", my new favorite thing.

Chs. 6 and 7 are extremely cryptic. However, they are fun and I would gladly re-read them. They are also important both for the Hegelo-Lacanian edifice, and the topic at hand.

This has been going great so far, especially chapter 4. Apart from a shoe-horned reading of The Matrix 1 and punctuation errors peppered here and there (maybe Bloomsbury just published Zizek's raw manuscripts), this is fantastic.
