this is depressinggg so far but also really good
(I'm reading the large print version, this doesn't actually have 480 pages, I don't think I could take it!)

Good book, but there’s a section that takes place in 1990, and there’s several mentions of bands that either weren’t around yet, or not prominent yet- Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Hole…. A young author, lazy research. It’s difficult to look past it.

I hate this book; I hate a book which can make me sympathetic toward a psychopathic killer

Had to stop reading for tonight, or I’d probably finish. Not sure how to gather my thoughts on the book yet, only that I’m really enjoying it.

It's been a while since I've had a book completely immerse me.

Wow, this book is so good! A rare combo of page turning plot, and exceptionally beautiful writing. Loving it so far. There are def dark elements but not overly gruesome or graphic. Something about it reminds me a bit of “Three Women” by Lisa Taddeo.
