It’s a little on the nose—there’s a lot of ‘telling’. And things happen too easily for the main characters. Many parts could potentially have been cut in favour of conflict, or twisted to include it. Finally, there’s a small amount of LGBT representation, which isn’t dealt with gracefully. The tokenism of gay men.
