I bought this book as a ceu for work and I’m disappointed so far, and the pseudo science that is “acidic and alkaline diet.”
THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT SUPPORTS THIS. if you could change your bodies pH level this easily we would DIE from eating pineapple or drinking a coffee because our bodies pH level is so specific to stay alive.
