You know I’m just gonna stop making updates with everything I want to try because I want to try everything.

OMG GRAPEFRUIT GANACHE TART

Strawberry rice pudding fool sounds AMAZING. My mom used to make a good fool, but I love the idea of a rice pudding version.

I’m intrigued by chocolate orange vegan mousse. I’m not vegan, but I have several friends who are and I’m always interested in learning new vegan recipes, and attempting to veganize the things I make (which sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t). Chocolate orange is one of my favourite flavours, so I definitely want to try this one.

Drenched rose cake will likely be the first thing I try if I can get chemo-brain to function enough to follow instructions. Roses and cardamom and pistachios, oh my.

Matcha and kiwi hurricane roll looks divine, and I’m not even sure I like matcha. I bet it would be fantastic with kiwi though.
