Why is it so hard for authors to write about college and do it correctly?? This author is saying our fmc goes to Miami but literally is writing jt as if she’s in highschool?? College doesn’t work like that

Having to set aside the fact that she’s in COLLEGE not high school A LOT, because everything happening is SO high school… but even so, I’m intrigued enough to still be here. I enjoy the characters and storyline even though some of it is a little … silly? I just needed a change of pace and it’s working.
