The internalizer/externalizer coping mechanisms based on emotional parental immaturity felt very intriguing to read about. I definitely recognized and answered many questions I had since I was a kid. Didn't know I was an internalizer. I wish I read this sooner, but it helps to do it now. I'm glad to be kind and have strong empathy with these very strong emotions. This chapter really spoke to me as you can tell :)
