Book is better and more relatable. Parts need to be taken to fit lifestyle choices (such as not taking a corporate job but still taking a job that advances me in my industry and makes me happy). She mentions the ski industry and how it's a gap... but that applies to people who don't want to make the industry their career. Understandable writing as it is to apply to a mass market of people and not the niche industry.
