Status Updates From Vin de păpădie

I love the fact that kids forget easily. They cannot be sad and desperate for so long. It's funny though as I wish I could be like them... Oh! Or the kid I was.

This book is a Time Machine. It really captures what it is like to be a child. I seem to forget how I was once so innocent and silly in my thinking and actions.

The first few pages of this book in which Douglas got struck by the fact that he is alive really reminds me that I had the same experience. I was chugging rice from the bowl when I realized that I was alive, too. That feeling was so weird and made me feel a little absurd but yeah, I realized I existed.
