Status Updates From Drawing a Blank: Or How I T...

I feel the urge to say something witty or prophetic, but genuinely, the only thing that’s coming to mind is “why?”

Small amount read tonight. I really like the writing style. It’s silly. It’s so very silly.

A quick read for dopamine. Feels quite silly so far. Putting myself in the shoes of a 14 year old boy (canonically, he’s like 18)

This is the actual book I've been reading but it's a guy named Carlton who's a misanthrope also who's Dad got kidnapped and he goes on this to rescue him. While he is on his way to save him, he meets this girl who helps him. Then he ends up liking her.

He went ro comic expo to meet the guy who had been selling his comic strips, and met some of his idols.

Carlton is held after class by his teacher talking about him drawing in his notebook, and wanting to unlock his mind or something like that, so he isn't stuck in a mental prison
