So this book really lost me at the ending, I lost the will to live with it. The pace was so slow, so boring and the big reveal of the killer was so anticlimactic. The only positive is that the two psycho raping murdering teenagers got taken care of but besides that this book was as flat a pancake

I thought I’d give myself a little palate cleanser in between reading the next Graceling book and chose this one because it looked interesting and I don’t normally read crime books but I’m 11 pages in and an old lady and her cutie dog have been killed in a hit and run and idk if I’m here for it actually it’s already a bit depressing 🫠
