I read and LOVED the one Benedict wrote about Hedy Lamarr, but was not particularly thrilled about the last one I read, Carnegie's Maid. It seemed too fantastical to be believable, without, seemingly, much historical verification of facts. Of course the background facts about the era were good, but the particulars of the story were weak.
