Notes for review:
I wasn’t aware this was a collection of stories, which is not my favorite. the first story put me to sleep three times, and dragged on and on about mundane life matters (specifically, if they wanted to spend their money on decorating a room or buying a new fireplace) and it was easy enough to follow but difficult to get into. The 45% mark (second story) is finally getting better.
