boring so far but easy to read. not very theoretical, more like historical narrative but work very lukewarm implications tbh

I haven’t made much progress, but I love a good footnote and citation, so this book is it for me. This book really breaks down how the over policing of Black neighborhoods began and how it continues today. A must read.
