This is a book to read slowly and digest.

Maybe this is why I find it so much easier to forgive than others do: I never had injustice done to me by my parents when I was growing up.

I highly recommend that the reader doesn't skip chapters in this book. Even if one doesn't fit you very well, read it. It gives incredible insight to the people in your life.

The chapter on drama (which I'm still reading) is scarily familiar - I used to know someone exactly like this. She meant the world to me and it's comforting to know how she feels, why she acts and more importantly, who she is at her core.

I don't have a fear of rejection - however that chapter was absolutely FANTASTIC! I learned a ton about myself and why I've said and done certain things in life.

Great chapter on superiority and how to change it. It really does boil down to fear - for me, it's the fear of failure.
