It's really interesting that part of Judy's activism was arguing that disability is part of the aging process when so many people in my field (gerontology; arthritis) argue the exact opposite. I can see why this would be a compelling argument for disability rights though!

I love the sentiment, but I think Judith is being a bit too optimistic about human (child) nature. Either that or I was just an abnormally irritable young child...which checks out lol
