Powerful final chapter by Molly to round out this amazingly courageous book. Loved every part of it.

Oh god, the hide and seek in the dark experience is awful. So uncomfortable reading that and what a relief nothing escalated further. Bundy was awful and I couldn’t believe he’d kill someone Molly’s age but now reading this, it makes sense he could. Horrible.

Great Afterword for this updated edition on how she married & divorced Hank, stayed working in Seattle, and grew spiritually to overcome her trauma. Such a rough road for this single mom and hers is a story worth reading for everyone. Now to her daughter’s chapter.

This is one of the fastest books I’ve ever read. The way she was manipulated constantly but finally took a stand against him and cut contact is powerful. His escapes made her afraid. Their prison visits were creepy and kissy. She cut friends for speaking against him. Finally joined an AA group and got sober. He admitted his guilt to her from FL & tried to suffocate her in a house fire once. Wonderful book.

Shit dude, she’s finally working with police who hadn’t taken her seriously but after Ted’s arrest w/ burglary tools, they get serious. Now he’s arrested and charged with kidnapping and more. He writes many unanswered letters and finally gets Liz on the phone still convinced he’ll walk. He was two-timing her w/ Susan from SF and they almost married! Talk about double lives!

This is a very easy to read, fast paced book. I’m just devouring it. I loved the Prime series and have watched it at least 3 times, but there’s so much more here already. I didn’t know their names were aliases. So many sus events already that are clearly hindsight, but Kendall is so honest in her naivety and open about herself that it’s really engaging to read her perspective.
