I had to stop. Helen is very unwell and I could not find any humour in this. I did find Helen’s volatility and erraticism deeply disturbing. It is evident she’s constantly inconveniencing everyone around her but she lacks so much cognitive dissonance that it’s hard to stand by her as a protagonist, or live in her perspective.
