Status Updates From Touch of Evil (Thrall, #1)

The last few pages have been hard to get through. Being a paranormal romance type book, you don't expect much in regards to writing but the introduction of the love interest has turned the writing into utter trash. Cliched, stereotypical, formulaic, by the numbers, you name it these last few pages have it. If every interaction with the love interest is like this it's gonna be a struggle to get through this book.

I'm trying. I'm really trying. I don't like giving up on books but honestly, the thought is crossing my mind.
