I had completely forgotten the "young men trying to establish themselves in a political world run by old men in hopes of providing people their much needed heroes" aspect of the 'plot'. If you can call it that: the serialized "fill x number of pages per month" nature of it is quite apparent, and the target audience pandering is atrocious. Ikegami's pretty art of "cocky talking heads" still captivates tho *hah*
