Would recommend this book to all pregnant women - finding it so informative, reassuring and encouraging.
I just finished chapter 16 which was focused on the fear of childbirth. My personal highlights were the quote "It is impolite to be scaring pregnant women" and the reminder that my psychological wellbeing is more important than others' desire to share bad birth stories. Also talked about the power of reframing.
