Well, crap, I was actually enjoying the book and the characters until the ownership crap reared its ugly head again. :-/

I almost laughed, ever grateful for Anya's endless loyalty, "What...would you do that with a room of witches and warlocks, Anya?"

"I don't know...hairspray and a lighter?

I snorted a laugh through my nose. She probably did have that in her purse.

*note* Everyone should have a friend like Anya.

I can already tell you I'm going to enjoy the best friend dynamic in this novel.

"Oh shit, is that him? You didn't tell me he was hot as fuck! Girl, you sure you want out of that marriage contact? Your babies would be gorgeous, athletic, little monsters!"
