What the hell? Now I'm picturing these two guys about six inches apart and one of them sticking out his tongue like he's going to try to lick the other's chin.

(Though with how thirsty William is, it wouldn't surprise me.)

Well, they're not wasting any time with lustful thoughts in totally inappropriate moments. (And rather inappropriate thoughts, really, in my opinion.)

Five weeks ago I bought and finished this book. Forgot to rate it. Forgot everything, to be honest.

Still waiting for something to happen...

*sigh*

English people aren't "plenty tall" - we're quite tall (or tall enough.) We don't go down roads *aways". And boys would have been in "short trousers" and not "short pants"... and I'm only on chapter 4.

They had to spell out Frederick’s relationship with Emma and William was still confused.

Catherine and Susan are probably together too, but I can forgive him for not noticing, since it is much less expected for their time.

Also, Jeremy and Tom. Will should have realised that one since he knows about Jeremy. Not the smartest of the bunch, clearly.

Frustrating as hell, but I’m still enjoying it.

William is sweet, but probably a bit obtuse. I’m pretty sure Emma and Frederick are together, but he won’t even imagine. Reginald seems boyish, but aware enough for both of them.
