Great accuracy of the definition of personalities.

Fascinating. Two friends recommended this book — they’ve been using it for years to explore their essence, their possibilities beyond their basic personalities. It’s never too late to round out our personalities, to realize our full potential, and to embrace ourselves even as we’re learning how to drop or at least reduce the feelings and behavior surrounding our lesser selves.

Starting off well. References to established mindfulness practices and IFS increase my confidence in the validity of some of the more far-out premises (1, 3, and 7 are magic numbers that define the universe!). Interesting idea that your personality is built to compensate for childhood wounds and awareness is about letting go of personality altogether 🤔

Amazing book with clear insights into how our childhoods shape our personality. I got really clear of my own number, and use this book when dealing with others, seeing them in a whole new perspective and allowing me to approach each relationship individually from the type's perspective.

If you have a job that has anything to do with dealing with clients directly, read this book!
