this book feels like listening to someone with bad opinions infodump about something i like

so far this book promises and i quote "an absorbing account of witchcraft , demonology, astrology and other mystical practices throughout the ages" and delivers an exorbitant amount of sucking Alistar Crowleys peepee. a very annoyingly drawn out numerology section which is the most unreliable divination practice out there a gloss-over of major and minor arcana and im beginning the chapter on alchemy.

all my homies hate numerology - all my homies are also baffled by the citation decisions...

this book is diabolical we just be saying things
