Thumbs man. Exercise a lot. If we could make a pill that would hold the benefits of exercising, it would be the most successful drug. Mental health, heart, muscles, weight, cancer, chronic conditions, etc. lotta people in the world are fat, 150 minutes a week is made up since it a realistic number, not scientific.
