Ariel is trying to make a new life after the death of her mother. She is alone and gets beat up and mugged in a mall parking lot where she is saved by off duty cop Kayson.
Due to a misunderstanding she doesn't even get to thank him till 3 months later.

So far not loving it. MC is cop with great family and female MC is without family and trying to make a start in new town. She gets attacked by unknown person in a parking lot, he is passing by and saves her, she goes to hospital, makes friends with a nurse and story continues a few months later.

This is a lot like a rock chick book but somewhat slower so far.

Unfortunately, not loving it. I don’t care for male voice too much. Characters seem flat to me. I usually don’t like doing comparisons, but it seems like a try for a rock chick type of story, but falls short. Could also be the fact that there is a shared female voice (who I like)

OMG how I wish I could enter this book and take the place of the heroine because obviously she's an idiot and I feel like I was born to take care of a hot Greek man =)
