This third book is the closest to Realism. Which in itself made me like it quite a lot.
But the excessive, scattered dialogue, especially in scenes of greater sentimental effusion, without a subjective analysis of tone of voice and pacing, made me feel like something was missing.
Just like its co-protagonist Ryan, it almost got there!
Even so, it's one of the best written in this series so far...
