I relate to Felix because I, too, automatically assume everyone hates me as soon as someone acts slightly different toward me

This reading experience is a rollercoaster. I’m listening to the audiobook reacting out loud to my empty living room. Do I love it? Am I bored? I don’t know!!!!

Now that the plot is picking up and Felix’s thoughts aren’t constantly the same the story is much better!

Putting this book on pause, because I’m losing my hold on this at the library, and two books I was on the waiting list for are coming in (and this one usually doesn’t have one/has a small waiting list)

I was really hoping to like this more than I am. Felix’s internal monologue is very repetitive. It’s a little annoying tbh.
