It’s a dry read and I keep fighting the urge to put it down and try something else. I’ll decide if I’ll finish it after another chapter.

Interesting so far but even one chapter in I can see the author is railing against a consensus that doesn’t exist. Perhaps it did when the book was first conceived, it does feel older than it is.
